   No stand or clips to hang it on wall, you have to buy it separate. Worst installation service you can see the pictures as proof. All the pipes are hanging. Not sanitized hands while entering home.

   1. Customer care executive are unaware if this product really exist 2. Customer care email and CEO emails are useless as they don’t bother to respond to your emails 3. Ground level installation process is pathetic, no body knows the current status of installation and they just give you false assurance 4. Installation people didn’t even turn up after 1 week of purchase. God bless the people who buy it and bare with the customer care executives and installation agents

   The product is good and is giving good results. There are 2 major concerns:

   1. The product doesn’t come with any wall mounting kit or stand. So the first installation guy could not install it and we had to reach out to another person from Aquaguard to come and install it

   2. The technician told us that annual maintenance cost of this product is 4000 INR which seems very high.

   Extremely disappointing. With the service specially. Though Amazon delivered on time but the technician sent by Eureka Forbes came without stand and required equipment. We have to give a stool to place the Aquaguard. They informed us that stand will be available within few days but despite follow up, not available yet. Further, the tap of the Aquaguard started dipping water within few hours of installation. Though, complain logged but technician has still not arrived. Extremely poor service to say the least.

   I deducted 4 stars for bad installation and service, service engineer was very pathetic and wasn’t well trained to talk and demonstrate, he was rude and wasn’t answering the questions properly.
   Otherwise product is very good and water taste and flavour also great, but be careful and while purchasing any purifier please get to know about their service efficiency. Storage capacity is also good
   Worst service by aquaguard it’s now 2 months after purchase but still I didn’t got its stand to fix it on wall, I had to keep it on small table.
   Worst purchasing experience.
   Look at the picture, I had to purchase the stand because they didn’t provide me free stand and I expensed my money, I suggest just because of their services don’t purchase aquaguard for worst after sales experience.

   Since the product is newly launched, the installation will take some time. Also as per the features, this is wall mountable. Technician was not aware of wall mounting it initially and installed it normally.

   Later I contacted Euroka forbes for wall installation as I wanted that.
   They responded on time and made sure the wall mount was installed for free. They said the wall mount stand is free for this model.

   The service of Euroka Forbes is excellent.
