Through Kent RO Customer care: Please dial 9278912345 (Toll-Free) to contact Customer Care and register a service call. If you call from your Registered Mobile number, usually the Customer Care Officer will automatically retrieve all your details about the product. The details were updated at the time of installation of the product. If you are calling from a different phone, then keep the product serial number handy. Please note that the Customer Care timing is from 8.00 am till 8.00 pm, beyond this hour you will be redirected IVR.

Once the App is installed on your mobile phone, you have to fill in all the pieces of information needed. Which includes your name, address, and product details. This is a one-time process. After filling in all the details you can register any call at any time of the day.
